How to order MMI product, caused of i'm not in Surabaya city?
MMI can send order to all Indonesian area, although MMI doesn't have store/agent in your city. The order method, are : call MMI (by phone/fax/e-mail), list your order and we will replay as soon as possible. MMI will send your order in the same day with received your transfered money.
In this case, there are many mobile phone spare parts distributor as same as MMI. So, what's different them with MMI ? What's my advantages if i buy mobile phone spare parts in MMI?
Allright. MMI isnot the only one mobile phone spareparts distributor in Indonesia, but there are some things which calculating order in MMI, such as :
- Guaranted quality, MMI really taking care of spare parts quality, service tools quality, accessories quality, atc. MMI doesn't sold spare parts which have bad quality. caused of, them will make us difficulty with alot of customer complain, and MMI image damaged.
- MMI does not exploit cutomers, if goods was empty / searched in marketing MMI will not sell with high price ( if coincidence MMI have th scarce goods) or equally MMI does not exploit this situation. We always up-date our goods price without reckoning the rare of goods.
- Friandly serving, MMI always emphasize to all employee especially SPG, always respect attitude, good, and friendly to all customer. we settle for the criticism and suggestion from customer in this number 081-650-0999. for customer who give us criticism and suggestion by sms with complete biodata, MMI will give you special marchendise.
- MMI doestn't serve service, so all of goods which we sold are direcly from suplier. MMI doesn't upgrade second goods, cause of MMI doesn't serve service.
Cant you guaranted that buy MMI's product willn't have problem or damaged ?
MMI can't guarantee that goods have not problem or damaged 100%. altough we sure that the goods which we sold has good quality. in production process of course, there are several prosen of production is not perfect, so its can influence the endurance when used, altough for bigger production with brand image, miss production is possible thing.
Why data cable in MMI hasn't guaranted ?
Thank you, there are some goods in MMI has not guaranted, one of them is cable data. it's caused of data cable has plastic pack which sealed by the firm. if data cable opened, so the sealed will damaged/ripped. if the seal damaged, so MMI's customer thing that goods which sold by MMI is second.
but dont worry, there are alot of goods which guaranteed here, likes : LCD, software, battery, and charger travel
I have many times request goods price from MMI, either by telephone or e-mail but nothing given based of fluktuatif price, how about this ?
MMI doesn't publist the pricelist for new customer, and its true that fluktuatif price become our prime reason. but, MMI always update the price at any times, so change is possible at any times. if the customer gived pricelist when the price is cheap, but when he order, and the price has become highly. he will has opinion that MMI cheating him. and the contrast, customer get pricelist when high cost, and when he need it, the price is down. but, he has opinion than MMI is costly, and he not feel likes buy MMI's product. caused of it we don't publist pricelist for customer.
