IC Power's module (CCONT) not only works for power supply module, but Also communication circuit between SIM card and CPU. If bad soldering and damage in IC Power's module parts (CCONT), there is problem in SIM card, When SIM card putted and power lighted, display message 'SIM card is not accepted', If unfitting contact in SIM card's socket, display message 'Please insert SIM card'. Failure that may be happen are:
- SIM card reader, Investigate what straight in SIM card's place is crooked or dirty. it can disturb consectsitas from SIM card, Change if you things it needed
- Investigate and test resisten and SIM lines to ground, The value more less than 200kS.
- Investigate and test that VSIM's tension turn up to be 3/5 volt after your handphone flame. If VSIM's tension correct but Your handphone can not identified SIM card, Investigating that SIM lines connect wuth ground or Broken, Check mechanical display from SlM reader too. If VSIM's tension is not increase in supposed value, Changing IC Power (CCONT). If still wrong after replaced IC Power (CCONT), it may be caused of stripe or PCB that broken.
- If "SlM card not accepted" display on your handphone LCD, but SIM lock setting is true or there is no SlM lock was set, So IC Audio (COBBA) must be changed. Rememberring that you must write SIM card's data lock and tune Rx/Tx's value after replaced audio IC (COBBA).
