Problem : Handphone was died. Keypad doesn't functioned, LCD doesn't functioned, and there is no signal (No Signal).
Repair Procedure :
- We use power supply, when your handphone turn off, look at the ampere needle in power supply will rise ± 100 mili ampere.
- We must check what IC CPU in our handphone in a condition good, If IC CPU's condition is good. so we only need to heat IC CPU using blower, But if IC CPU was broken, So we need replaced IC CPU. Before change IC CPU, first we must has glue counter hot and Glue destroying force liquid counters hot, Because IC CPU is protected by anti-hot glue. After destroy anti-hot glue, then heating old IC CPU using blower so that can removed to replaced with new IC CPU.
